Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will assess, monitor, and document conditions while coordinating care with physicians and families.

You will develop and update care plans, ensuring infection control standards and regulatory compliance. This role requires travel, lifting up to 50 pounds, and adapting to diverse home environments.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
