LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will follow care plans, physician orders, and ensure confidentiality while delivering high-quality care.

The role requires an active Texas LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and a TB test within the last year. Travel to patient homes is expected; flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth are available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test within last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.
• Preferred: six months of clinical/home health experience.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications and skills include:

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification
• TB test within last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred: six months of clinical experience and home health background
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Physical requirements: ability to lift 50 pounds, reposition patients, travel, and respond to emergency situations. The role may involve exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases. The environment varies and may include allergens and other conditions.
