Job summary

Lily Pond Services seeks a reliable Full-Time Nurse (RN or LPN) for private client care in Seattle, WA. The role provides dedicated one-on-one support for a male client in a private home or residential setting.

The schedule is full-time with hours to be confirmed and may include days/evenings or flexible coverage based on client needs. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and maintaining documentation to promote independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (First Aid preferred).
• Experience in private-duty, home health, or long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs; observe and report changes.
• Assist with meals, nutrition, and medication as required.
• Administer medications and nursing tasks per scope of practice and WA requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with care team, family, and providers.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while respecting privacy.
