Job summary

Lily Pond Services in Seattle, WA is seeking a reliable full-time Nurse or CNA for private client care in a private home. The role focuses on one-on-one support for a male client, with daytime to evening coverage possible and shifts tailored to client needs.

You will monitor vital signs, assist with meals and medications, and maintain documentation, while upholding dignity, safety, and client privacy. A background check and valid US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State CNA (NA-C) certification or active RN/LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (First Aid preferred).
• Experience in private-duty, home health, or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to perform lifting/transferring with proper technique.
• Must pass background check and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs; observe and promptly report changes in condition.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication and nutrition as required.
• Support medication reminders or administration according to scope of practice and any nurse-delegated tasks (Washington State requirements apply).
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team, family, and healthcare providers.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while respecting the client’s privacy and preferences.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the client’s care plan.
