Job summary

Summit Home Care New Jersey is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join our private duty nursing team in Camden County. We offer opportunities for experienced nurses skilled in GTs, Trachs, and Vents, plus a PDN education program for new grads.

Choose from full-time or part-time shifts with nights, days, or weekends. You will follow a care plan, administer medications, monitor clients, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold current NJ LPN or RN license and CPR certification.
• Experience with trach, vent, and/or GT-tube preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan crafted by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor clients and report changes promptly to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care.

Skills

Compassionate demeanor

Trach/vent/GT-tube experience

Education

NJ LPN/RN license
