TheKey is seeking a Private Duty Nurse to deliver high-end, one-on-one care in clients’ homes in the Chesapeake area. You’ll work as a W2 employee with flexible shifts, including part-time and full-time options, ensuring patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years nursing experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care (ADLs, vitals, wound care, meds).
• Coordinate client needs including supplies, DME, transport for appointments.
• Maintain timely documentation using digital tools; communicate with families and physicians.
• Support patient education and care management for family empowerment.

What You’ll Do

As a Private Duty Nurse, you will deliver discreet, premier clinical care tailored to your patient’s specific needs:

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).

• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.

• Maintain clear, timely documentation using our digital tools and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our care team.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
