Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, is seeking a Concierge Private Duty Nurse to deliver high-end, one-on-one home care under a flexible 1099 arrangement with weekly pay.

You will manage 1:1 patient care, coordinate supplies and transport when needed, and maintain precise documentation while communicating with families and physicians to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN License (in good standing).
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
