Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care to patients in the Illinois area. You will join a team that supports diverse populations and uses electronic documentation to ensure high-quality patient care.

Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians and family-centered care, with local support and growth opportunities within Aveanna's expanded network.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 60 days.
• CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test (within last 12 months).
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients under Aveanna supervision.
• Document care with electronic records in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with care teams to implement patient-centered plans.
