Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver comprehensive in-home nursing care. You will work nights and weekends per patient needs, use electronic documentation tablets, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

Qualifications include an active RN license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. This role offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, or PRN options across patients' homes.

Qualifications

• RN license must be active and unencumbered in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB screening and reliable transportation are typically required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care per patient care plans.
• Document care using the in-home electronic system and coordinate with the care team.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
