Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing private duty nursing team in Florida. This role supports patients in home settings and contributes to outstanding clinical outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN) with days, nights and weekends, plus benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurance, paid time off, and weekly or daily pay.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Florida
• Current CPR certification (hands-on)
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Reliable transportation to home visits

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes as part of Aveanna’s private duty team
• Monitor patient condition and document findings in charts and electronic records
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to adjust care plans as needed

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
