Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you will practice (Florida)
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Reliable transportation to various patient locations

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate skilled nursing care per patient plan of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities using electronic health records where available.
• Adhere to regulatory and quality standards in all patient interactions

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
