Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver in-home nursing care to patients across our growing care teams in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients in collaboration with families and physicians.
• Document patient status and care delivered using mobile documentation tools.
• Coordinate with Aveanna clinicians to ensure quality outcomes.
