Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a specialized branch of TheKey, is seeking LVN clinicians for private in-home care. Earn from $35/hour with weekly pay and true schedule control, choosing 8–12 hour shifts, 2-hour visits, per-diem gigs, or ongoing long-term cases.

Deliver 1:1 nursing, coordinate supplies and appointments, and document care while maintaining client confidentiality. Active LVN license, 2+ years of nursing experience, CPR/BLS, and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management).
• Coordinate client needs including medical supplies and transport to appointments.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate with families, physicians, and support office.
• Empower patients and families through personalized health education and training.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Concierge Private Duty Nurse, you will deliver discrete, premier clinical care tailored to your patient’s specific needs:

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor‑prescribed treatments).

• Coordinate client needs seamlessly, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.

• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.

• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.

Qualifications
