Pediatric Nurse (LPN or RN) | Bellwood, 16617

Pay Rate: $32/h

Days: 3 nights/week

Shifts: 3rd shift; 8p-8a or 9p-9a

Pediatric Nurse (LPN or RN) | Altoona, 16602

Pay Rate: $32/h

Days: 6 nights/week

Shifts: 3rd shift; 10p-6a

Pediatric Nurse (LPN or RN) | Altoona, 16601

Pay Rate: $27/hr (High-tech patient will train)

Days: Saturday 7a-3p & 3p-11p, Sunday 7a-2p

Ideal Candidates will be expected to:

• Follow an individualized home health plan of care
• Monitor all aspects of a patient’s home health plan of care as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient home health plan of care
• Prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports via an electronic medical record

Qualifications

• Current credentials as either a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Valid AHA-BLS CPR certification (Infant, Child & Adult)
• FBI and Child Abuse Clearances (provided by eKidzCare, if needed)
• Recent Two-Step Tuberculosis test (1-year shelf life), Chest X-ray (6-month shelf life), or Blood Test (upon hire)
• At least 1 year of experience as an RN or LPN, or willingness to participate in the eKidzCare New Grad Training Program
