Aveanna Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) for pediatric private duty home care. This role offers night and weekend shifts with a $300 sign-on bonus tied to milestone hours and consistent full-time availability.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home care and support for patients in home settings
• Care for pediatric and adult patients in home health visits
• Perform G-tube care as needed
• Provide tracheostomy (trach) care and ventilator support as required
• Deliver compassionate, reliable and professional nursing care in a family-centered setting
