Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our growing homecare team. We joined forces with Family First Homecare, expanding our patient population and care teams nationwide, with 24/7 local support and an Aveanna tablet for electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist after hire.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality homecare nursing to patients in their homes.
• Document patient care using the Aveanna tablet and electronic systems.
• Collaborate with care teams to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
