Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our homecare team in Florida. You will deliver patient-centered licensed nursing care in patients' homes, document care with in-home technology, and collaborate with clinicians to meet care plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the practice state.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
