Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an LPN/LVN to join our Family First Homecare teams delivering compassionate in-home nursing. You’ll follow care plans, document care, and collaborate with clinicians to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care following individualized care plans.
• Document care using Aveanna’s tablet-based system.
• Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing skill development and training.
