Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Maquoketa, IA to deliver compassionate home care. You will work within patient homes, following care plans and delivering quality clinical support to diverse populations.

We offer flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time or PRN, with 24/7 local support and opportunities for skill advancement within a national leader in home health care.

Qualificações

• Must hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification; Aveanna can assist after hire if needed.
• TB skin test current within 12 months.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in home nursing care following the plan of care.
• Collaborate with patients, families and clinicians to achieve clinical outcomes.
