Qualifikationen

• Must hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
• Tuberculosis skin test within the last 12 months
• Must have reliable transportation to patients' homes.
