Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Lutz, FL to join our private-duty home care team. Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in patients' homes, follow care plans, monitor health status, administer medications, and document care in our electronic system to support outstanding outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time or PRN) with day, evening and weekend shifts, 24/7 local support, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Must have an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• TB skin test within last 12 months.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
