Aveanna Healthcare is seeking licensed practical/vocational nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide high-quality home healthcare. The role supports children and adults in patients’ homes and requires active licensure, CPR, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component). Aveanna can assist after hire.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation to patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care as an LPN/LVN in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with care teams to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Document care using Aveanna tablet in the patient’s home.
