Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is a national leader in private duty nursing, offering compassionate homecare for children and adults. LPN/LVN nurses provide patient-centered care in home settings and collaborate with clinicians to achieve excellent outcomes.

We support a flexible schedule (full-time, part-time, or PRN), 24/7 local clinician support, and tools like electronic documentation tablets in clients' homes. Training and growth opportunities are available across locations.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist after hire if necessary.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality LPN/LVN home healthcare to patients.
• Maintain electronic documentation using a tablet in each patient's home.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Comply with health-related requirements and vaccination/testing policies as appropriate.
