Qualifications

• Must have an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification; Aveanna can assist if necessary.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday 3 pm – 7 pm, Sunday 7 am – 7 pm, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7 am - 7 pm, Monday, Tues, Wed, Saturday 7 pm - 7 am.

Location/Setting: Lebanon, PA

Age Range:Early 20s

Acuity:High Acuity (Trach)

Rate: Enhanced compensation up to $45/hr

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
