Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care's Laurel Highlands offices are hiring an LPN to join our Skilled Nursing team, with a passion for pediatric or adult care and a commitment to compassionate, reliable service. You will travel to one client home, follow doctors' orders, perform assessments, document observations, and gain hands-on experience with comprehensive onboarding and paid orientation.

We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules, benefits including medical and PTO, and scholarship or on-the-job training

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to [$23-$33/hr] based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
• Hiring for full time days, full time evenings, and part time nights/weekend hours!
