Qualifications
  • Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
  • Current CPR certification (hands-on component); Aveanna can assist in obtaining if needed
  • TB skin test current within the last 12 months
  • Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation
