Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for home-based care in Pennsylvania. Night shifts available with flexible full-time, part-time or PRN options. We support an active LPN/LVN license in the state, CPR certification, and a TB test within the last year.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
