Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for home health assignments in Pennsylvania. This night-shift, home-based role offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities, supported by 24/7 local clinical and operator back-up and a tablet-enabled electronic documentation workflow.

Qualified candidates will hold an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, have CPR (hands-on) certification, and meet TB testing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Compact licenses must transfer to residence within 60 days.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care in patients' homes.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and vital signs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to deliver safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications
