Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
