Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component; assistance can be provided.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months required.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
