Job summary

Athena Care at Home in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Marketing Liaison to grow our private duty agency by developing referral relationships with physicians, referral sources, and the community. The role offers a base salary with an incentive program and weekly pay, with mileage reimbursed.

You will build and execute a monthly marketing plan, drive census growth through targeted outreach, and manage marketing budgets while coordinating meetings with prospective families and applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and marketing preferred.
• Experience in healthcare (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Act as a liaison between referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources.
• Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs.
• Maximize census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations.
• Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic.
• Manage marketing/sales budgets.
• Track and evaluate referrals.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants.

Athena Care at Home is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Liaison to help grow our private duty agency!

Up to $98,000 a year with a base salary and incentive program, and weekly pay. You will have the opportunity to establish and grow referral relationships with physicians, referral sources, the community, and other providers in the market to grow our census. Mileage reimbursed.

Athena Care at Home provides non-medical home care to our patients throughout Connecticut with Companion, Homemaker, and Live-In Services.
