Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate LVNs to provide private duty nursing in patients' homes across Orange County. The role emphasizes one-on-one care for medically fragile pediatric and adult patients, including tracheostomy and ventilator support.

Must hold a California LVN license with current BLS; pediatric home care experience is preferred. Flexible shifts include days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license and valid BLS certification.
• Health certificate and TB/PPD clearance as required.
• Prefer pediatric home care experience and high-acuity skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing care to patients with tracheostomies and ventilators.
• Monitor patient status and document changes; administer medications as ordered.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare team; educate on care plans and conditions.
