Key Duties

• Perform direct patient care, including assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications and deliver prescribed treatments
• Provide wound care and other clinical interventions as indicated
• Manage tracheostomy and ventilator support when appropriate
• Follow individualized care plans and document care accurately
• Collaborate with patients’ families and the clinical team to support optimal outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Competence with medication administration, wound care, and respiratory support needs
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
