Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a dedicated Private Duty LVN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care at patients’ homes, serving pediatric and adult clients. You will conduct assessments and ongoing monitoring to guide care, ensuring comfort and safety.
