Overview

Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN at Aveanna Healthcare. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered homecare in patients’ homes as an LPN/LVN.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the clinical team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Utilize electronic documentation with in-home tablets to ensure accurate and timely charting.
• Follow care plans, administer medications as prescribed, monitor patient status, and report changes to the supervising clinician.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Insert state-specific requirement here
• Must have reliable transportation
