Job summary

HOLISTIC ANGELS PROVIDER SERVICES COMPANY is seeking an LPN to join our home health team. You will spend time caring for our patients, administering medication, and following care orders laid out by doctors. You will work closely with families and office staff to provide support and guidance, and be a supportive presence for our patients.

The ideal candidate has experience in home care, holds an active nursing license in Georgia, and can work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications

• Active, valid nursing license within the state.
• Experience working in home care setting.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to check on each patient assigned, assessing current well-being and notes.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed.
• Report changes with client and take care notes.
• Assist to keep the shift moving and provide excellent care.
• Be a positive, supportive presence to our patients.
