Aveanna Healthcare is looking for licensed practical/vocational nurses (LPN/LVN) to join our pediatric/home health team in Cantonment, FL. You will deliver in-home nursing care and document using a patient tablet, supporting families and achieving strong clinical outcomes.

We offer full-time, part-time, or PRN options with day, evening, or weekend shifts. A valid LPN/LVN license and CPR are required, along with reliable transportation to homes.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Document care using a tablet/electronic system.
• Coordinate with family and healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
