Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking an LPN/LVN to join our homecare team, providing skilled pediatric nursing for diverse patients, including infants with gtube, trach, and vent care.

You will work flexible shifts—overnight, day, or night—with 10- or 12-hour options, document patient data on in-home tablets, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, with transfer of compact licenses within 90 days if applicable.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Preferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience.
