Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate pediatric homecare, including complex needs care such as trach and vent support. You will document care electronically on tablets, work with a multidisciplinary team, and support families in a home setting.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license, CPR with hands-on component, TB test within 12 months, reliable transportation, and flexibility across days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the past 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
