Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Arizona LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN.
• Trach experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home to provide private duty LPN care.
• Follow up with doctors’ orders and document appropriately.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
