Job summary

TheKey is seeking an LPN for private-duty, in-home care in Boca Raton, FL and surrounding areas. This role focuses on one-on-one patient care in clients' homes, offering flexible day/evening shifts and per diem options.

We provide competitive hourly pay starting at $30–$35, weekly pay, benefits including medical/dental/vision and 401(k), plus support from a Boca-based team and ongoing CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• Florida LPN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• IV therapy certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Background screening via Florida AHCA Clearinghouse is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and daily monitoring per client care plans.
• Administer medications and provide wound care within Florida LPN scope.
• Support health education, routine nursing, and compassionate guidance to clients and families.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation per agency policy.
• Communicate changes in client condition with supervising RNs and local management.
