Job summary

TheKey is hiring an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for private-duty, in-home senior care in Delray/Boynton, FL and surrounding areas. You will deliver 1-on-1 nursing care directly in clients’ homes, with flexible day/evening shifts and per-diem options.

We offer top-market hourly pay starting at $30–$35, weekly pay with PayActiv options, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license.
• Active BLS Certification.
• IV Therapy Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Clear background screening via Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and basic computer/digital charting skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and daily monitoring based on individualized client care plans.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide skilled clinical interventions within the Florida LPN scope of practice.
• Assist clients and families with health education, routine nursing support and compassionate guidance.
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation according to agency policy.
• Communicate effectively with supervising RNs, interdisciplinary teams, and local management regarding changes in client condition.
