Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is hiring a Home and Community Based Services Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care in patients' homes, as prescribed by physicians, and to document and coordinate care within the care team.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
