Adoration Health is seeking a Private Duty LPN to join our Centerville, TN team for day shifts. You will provide expert 1:1 patient care in a home health setting, performing medications, feedings, and ostomy care per the plan of care while ensuring dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN degree with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and proof of car insurance.
• CPR professional certification.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 care for client following client's plan of care at all times while maintaining client's dignity and independence.
• Administering medications, feedings, oxygen, ostomy care as needed per client's plan of care and provided assessments of results.
• Document nursing actions of all care given and communicate with family, case manager, and physicians; inform changes in condition to the team.
• Coordinating or ordering supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate stock.
• Ensuring all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions.
