Adoration Health is seeking a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse for Spring Hill, TN. The role provides 1:1 in-home patient care and requires administering meds, assessments, and care per the client’s plan. Qualifications

• LPN/LPT/LVN license in good standing in state of practice.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• CPR certification required.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred, home health experience preferred.
• Strong patient-care and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 private duty nursing per client's plan of care.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed.
• Document nursing actions and communicate changes to family and care team.
• Coordinate supplies, medications, and equipment to ensure readiness.
• Ensure patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions.
