Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking compassionate LPNs to provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes across Nassau County, including Hicksville and Melville. This private duty role offers flexible part-time schedules and competitive hourly pay from $30 to $35.

You will administer prescribed medications, manage care plans, assist with procedures such as G-tube/PEG care and suctioning, monitor conditions, and educate patients and caregivers while maintaining strict documentation.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN license is required.
• Minimum of 6 months home care experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Perform G-tube/PEG care, tracheostomy care, and suctioning as required.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Provide ventilator support when required and appropriately trained.
• Educate patients and caregivers and maintain accurate documentation.
