A leading healthcare organization in Virginia is looking for a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join its compassionate team. Qualifications

• Maintain an active LPN/LVN license in the respective state.
• Acquire CPR certification if not already obtained.
• Complete a TB skin test within the last year.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide homecare to pediatric and adult patients.
• Document patient care electronically using assigned tablets.
• Work collaboratively with care teams to achieve clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
