Responsibilities

Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in the patient’s home, delivering high-quality clinical care within an assigned patient caseload. Collaborate with the care team to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes and ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
