Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate LPN for private duty, providing 1:1 care to pediatric clients in a flexible, caring environment. The role features a stable schedule, paid training, and the chance to build lasting client relationships with infants to seniors.

Travel to client homes, follow doctors’ orders, document care, and participate in electronic charting. Competitive pay ($30–$40/hr) and a robust benefits package offered, including weekly pay and a 1,200 nurse referral

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with diploma or transcript.
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.
• Minimum of five months of LPN experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client home for private duty care on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions and document observations.
• Electronic charting and statewise training provided.

Education

Qualifications for a private duty [LPN]:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• A minimum of five months of LPN experience

Compensation & Schedule:

• $30.00-$36.00/Hour
• $35.00-$40.00/Hour Ongoing Weekends
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
