Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Greeneville is hiring a Registered Nurse to deliver in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes, providing compassionate, patient-centered nursing. You will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, administer medications per orders, monitor progress, and coordinate with physicians and families to ensure safety and quality.

Requirements include a current RN license for the state, a Health Certificate, a current PPD/Chest

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Initiates the plan of care when directed and revises as patient needs change.
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Intervenes for changes in patient condition and communicates with physician.
• Administers medications/treatments and monitors effectiveness.
• Reviews care plans and provides education and discharge planning as needed.
